A goodmanager doesn't try to eliminate conflict; he tries to keep it from wastingthe energies of his people. If you're the boss and your people fight youopenly when they think that you are wrong that's healthy.
Change meansmovement. Movement means friction. Only in the frictionless vacuum of anonexistent abstract world can movement or change occur without that abrasivefriction of conflict.
We cannot always control our thoughts, but we can control our words, and repetitionimpresses the subconscious, and we are then master of the situation.
