Oursubconscious minds have no sense of humor, play no jokes, and cannot tell thedifference between reality and an imagined thought or image. What wecontinually think about eventually will manifest in our lives.
Takecare, don't fight, and remember: if you do not choose to lead, you willforever be led by others. Find what scares you, and do it. And you can make adifference, if you choose to do so.
Talk back to your internal critic. Train yourself to recognize and write downcritical thoughts as they go through your mind. Learn why these thoughts areuntrue and practice talking and writing back to them.
