This is the story of about two people Pooja ( Pooja Bhatt ) and Suraj (Vivek Mushran). Pooja is a girl who is very mischievous in nature and stays with her uncle Dev (Shankar kapoor ) since childhood. Suraj stays with his mother. Pooja was suffering from a fatal disease which was gradually becoming worse, however, she was not aware of this. Dev admits her in a hospital.
