The movie is about underworld gang wars.<br/><br/>Mr. Dev is a nuclear scientist who is sent, by the defence ministry to pursue further training in IIT Powai. He then gets involved in anti - piracy wars and gets enmeshed in a web of underworld battles.<br/><br/>These gang wars take the lives of his parents and therefter he plans his own revenge. He then meets his chidhood friend Dr. Pooja, who has studied medicine in Italy. They fall in love. Pooja then helps him in his mission.
