Neena has been brought to Bombay after her schooling from the Boarding School by her Mother Gangabai, who does not disclose her identity to Neena. Rana a pop singer loves Neena of which Gangabai approves. But Neena loves Arun. When Rana discovers that Gangabai was a prostitute the accuses Neena to be one too and walks out of her life. Neena reveals her identity to Arun and they both get married. . Rana happens to be a friend of Arun and not knowing Arun has married Neena, he accuses her to be a famous call girl and proves it to him. This creats a confilct between Neena and Arun. Neena is innocent and tries to prove her innocence to Arun but in the bargain lands up as murderess of Perfecto the Dancing School owner. The mystery is solved by Thakur Vikram Singh, father of Neena when he meets Arun and Rana when Arun realises his mistake its too late as Neena and Ganga have been kidnapped by Jeeandas a brothel owner, who demans Rs. 5 Lacs ransom.
