Vatsal Seth, a young engineering student, joins a new college, with stars in his eyes. All he wants to do is concentrate on his studies and build a successful career. But his first few encounters with ragging almost tear him apart. The in-house bullies, led by senior student, Mukesh Tiwari, function almost like a bunch of gangsters, subjecting the juniors to all kinds of humiliation and violence. The rookie student decides to stand up to the bullies and becomes an on-campus vigilante when the authorities turn their back towards the malpractice.
