Mr. Saigal has a fairly amorous and wealthy life, and the result of his sexual activities bear fruit in the birth of two sons. One is Vishal, who lives with him, and the other is Rajesh alias Raju, who works in a garage, and is unaware of his wealthy parent. When Mr. Saigal meets with an accident and dies, his next of kin are summoned, and as a result Raju also gets invited. Both Vishal and Raju travel via the same plane and then by train, and after quite a few misadventures find themselves on the Saigal Estate, both unaware of the fact that they are siblings. Upon arrival there, they find out that all is not well, and that Mr. Saigal did not die a normal death, but was rather killed, and the person(s) responsible are now lying in wait to kill the last two survivors of the Saigal family.
