Vineet Singh is an Indian actor. Born into a family of academics, in the holy city of Varanasi, Singh was an avid sports person and brought laurels to his educational institutions all through his student life. He dabbled in sports, medicine and screenwriting exploring in many dimensions.

Singh participated in the nationwide ‘Superstars’ Talent Hunt and won it, beating several competitors from India and abroad. This marked his entry in to Indian film industry, first as a directorial assistant with filmmaker Mahesh Manjrekar.
