Tiger Shroff is an Indian film actor. He is the son of Bollywood actor Jackie Shroff. He made his debut with Sajid Nadiadwala's film Heropanti opposite Kriti Sanon.released on May 23, 2014

Tiger was born to Jackie Shroff and Ayesha. He chose his stage name to be 'Tiger Shroff', whereas his real name is Jai Hemant Shroff. He is a student of martial arts and has been practising it from the age of four. He never was keen about becoming an actor since he always wanted to be a football player, but later he was not able to explore a good career in Indian football and so decided to focus on his acting career.

He has completed his education from American School of Bombay. He has only one sibling, a sister named Krishna three years younger. His maternal grandfather was Air Vice-Marshal Ranjan Dutt and paternal grandparents were Kakubhai Shroff an astrologer and Rita Shroff an ethnic Turk.
