Vatsal Seth (born 5 August 1980) is a Bollywood actor from Maharashtra. Born in Mumbai, he studied in Utpal Shanghvi School and has a BSc Mathematics from Mithibai College, Mumbai.

Vatsal grew up in Mumbai. He completed his education at the Utpal Sanghvi School and later joined Mithibai College, where he studied BSc
Mathematics.

His first major role was in the television show Just Mohabbat. This was the first serial targeting the college-going audience. It revolved around the character Jai, played by Seth. It was about teenage itchy bitchy years, the funny, sad, trying moments and emotions.

The serial and his character both became very popular. It ran for four years on the Indian channel Sony.He did many modelling assignments apart from featuring in advertisements and music videos. He starred in a Pepsi commercial alongside Shah Rukh Khan.
