Summer season begins, it’s time to get ready for the scorching sun and heat. We should take some precaution in this season. Here are few tips:-

1. Drink plenty of water,always eat some fruits or green salad don't let your stomach get empty,avoid oily,non-veg and spicy food.

2. Eat fruits that contain lot of water such as water melon, orange, grapes, cucumber etc. Eat curd in summer season.

3. Wearing of cotton dress will help for absorption of swetting and avoid of wearing black dress as it absorb the heat more.
