Karisma Kapoor often informally referred to as Lolo, is an Indian actress who appears in Bollywood films. Part of the Kapoor family, she is the daughter of actors Randhir Kapoor and Babita. Karisma who made her Bollywood debut with Prem Qaidi went on to become one of the top actresses of the 90s. Most famous for her pairing with Govinda in films like Raja Babu, Coolie No. 1, Hero No.1 etc, the actress mostly chose comic roles during her early phase of her career. In 1997, Karisma won her first National Award for Best Supporting Actor Female for her performance in Dil To Pagal Hai.
