The film's first schedule was shot across UK over 70 days starting in August. The filming later moved to Maheshwar, Madhya Pradesh in January. The schedule lasted less than a month. The film additionally stars Anupam Kher, Johnny Lever, Neha Sharma and Kristina Akheeva. Penned by Jaswinder Bath and produced by Deols, Yamla Pagla Deewana 2 will bow in theaters on June 7.
