Now comes the news from India, that Ranveer drove from Mumbai to a place called Wai, some distance away in the state of Maharashtra, with an injured leg just to see the special one, Deepika Padukone. According to a report in Mid-Day the actor, who was shooting n Kolkata, had to rush back to the city for some important work. An insider was quoted telling the tabloid: “During a wrestling scene with his ‘Gunday’ co-star Arjun Kapoor, Ranveer sustained an injury. Deepika was shooting for ‘Chennai Express’ in Wai. After reaching Wai, Ranveer was spotted hobbling around.” It has been reported that Ranveer Singh stayed in the hotel waiting for Deepika to return from shooting.
