Dilip Kumar, Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan will be seen together on the cover of the magazine to mark 100 years of Indian cinema. Posting some images from the shoot on his blog, Bachchan wrote: "Just a few pictures of the day done at Dilip Saheb's house for a photo shoot with him and Shah Rukh Khan for the cover of Filmfare, celebrating the 100 years of Indian Cinema." The shoot took place at Kumar's residence and is the first time the three stars have appeared together. The Great Gatsby star described other images on display in the house and shared a picture of Kumar with Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the first prime minister of India. "This was Delhi, Teen Murti House - Pt Jawaharlal Nehru's residence, when he had invited a few of the film fraternity for tea.
This must be around 1962... and I was there as an eager fan and starry eyed College student. Dilip Saheb, Raj Kappor, and Dev Anand were there and there is a photograph of a whole lot of us posing with Dev Saheb," Bachchan wrote. Documentary Bombay Talkies has also been made to commemorate 100 years of Indian cinema. It comprises four short films directed by four of India's leading young filmmakers - Karan Johar, Dibakar Banerjee, Anurag Kashyap and Zoya Akhtar. Bombay Talkies marks 100 years since the release of India's first motion picture Raja Harishchandra in 1913. The centenary of Indian cinema will also be celebrated at this year's Cannes Film Festival, where India is the guest country of the festival.
