If that's not a rumour doing the rounds in tinsel town, and is for real, then we can now be sure that the Khan war will never see a happy ending! Zee News has reported that Salman Khan – Mumbai Heroes' owner – had apparently shown an interest in throwing his long-time rivalry with Shah Rukh Khan down the drain. Thus, in an attempt to befriend SRK once again, Salman had sent him an invite to join in the Celebrity Cricket league match. All would have been well, had SRK been open to a fresh friendship with Salman.
But as it turned out, the King Khan reportedly didn't care a whit about the invitation. Instead, he attended the University Cricket Championship. When asked the reason behind his action, SRK simply told Zee News, "I personally won't get time to play cricket, so I don't think I will be attached to anything else. But if it requires me, I think there are so many stars in CCL. I don't think they need a smaller star like me." Well, SRK's words smoke signals, clearly indicating that he's not an easy catch!
