Bollywood actress Prachi Desai is the latest celebrity to jump into the debate over rocketing crime graph against women in the country. The beautiful actress feels that education is the only way to tackle the incidents of rape in the country. However, she said that not girls but boys should be locked at home after 9.00 pm.

Expressing her opinion over the current crime rate against women and Delhi gang rape case, Prachi said that boys should be changed. For this purpose, the actress, whose next release is 'I, Me aur Main', says that education plays major role in building a good society. "Upbringing also plays crucial role to stop rapes in India," Prachi claims. She feels that an educated person doesn't involve in such gruesome act.
