Abhay Vakil, who has been seen in popular television shows like Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, Palkhi, Salaam Zindagi, Teen Bahuraniyan made a comeback on small screen for Star Plus's Teri Meri Love Stories lately. After which the actor has kept himself busy with bigger and better projects. Interestingly, a source close to Abhay Vakil quips, "Abhay is all set to venture into Bollywood as a writer and obviously as an actor. He is currently working on a feature film which is produced by Paresh Rawal's Playtime Creations.

Along with managing writing part, he will also be seen essaying a character in the film." We too hear that the film is on the scripting level and the makers are eyeing on roping actress like Vidya Balan and Tabu as protagonist. The story will revolve around a single mother and her son's upbringing. When contacted, Abhay confirms, "Yes, I cannot talk much about this venture but yes, I am writing for the film."
