Sonam Kapoor may not have had a dream run in Bollywood, but the actress seems unfazed by the career setbacks. In fact, looking forward to the release of her upcoming films, Sonam is quite upbeat.
She says, “There are no regrets, it’s all about looking at things positively and regarding everything as part of your growth.” She adds, “Next year is a good year. I am looking forward to Bhaag Milkha Bhaag and Raanjhnaa.”
Speaking of her role in Raanjhnaa, she says, “I play a Banarasi girl who joins Jawaharlal Nehru University. I think it’s very important to have an Indian touch as we have been doing a lot of films inspired by the West. I had the best time working on this film.”
Like everybody else, Sonam too is keen to work with the top Khans of Bollywood. “I would love to work with all three of them — Salman, Shah Rukh and Aamir. I would like Aamir to direct me. I love him as a director; Taare Zameen Par is one of my favourite films,” she says. Aamir, are you listening?
