Bollywood might just be gearing up for yet another big fat Indian wedding early next year. After a bevy of celebrities tying the knot this year, Bengali actress Rani Mukerji is apparently all set to walk down the aisle with her long time beau, filmmaker Aditya Chopra.

Although rumours of their impending wedding have been doing the rounds for a long time now, sources in the industry have revealed that perhaps this time Rani is finally going to be tying the knot. Reason: The actress has been turning down film scripts because she has ‘personal commitments’ to attend to in January.

“Rani recently conveyed to a director that she would not be available for the film as she has to attend some important event in January,” a source revealed to a daily. While no one knows yet what those commitments are, tongues have been wagging ever since the news broke out.

Another source added, “Some friends close to Rani have confirmed that marriage is on the cards early next year. Rani’s manager has apparently spoken to a filmmaker that she is getting married early next year. But it could be just an excuse to politely reject the film.”

Meanwhile, Rani’s spokesperson says, “Rani chooses her films with great amount of care. Her decision to do a film completely depends on the project and the role she has been offered. There is absolutely no truth to her marriage news.”
