The Indian television reality Bigg Boss has outdone itself by adding more drama to its show strategy. First it introduced the concept of the 'mud house', then the show producers kicked out Imam Siddiqui, a mud house resident, for indulging in a bit of a striptease and then took him back and he was back to pavilion - in this case the mud house! What's that if not staged drama!
And if that was not enough, the producers are now pitting Karishma Kotak against the rest of her house m,ates. Now, whether it confirms that Karishma is host Salman Khan's new best friend or not, the move is certainly not going to get Karishma any new friends - she will definitely lose some existing ones.
Karishma is currently serving as the captain of the house and or some strange reason has been bestowed upon with the power of nomination. Basically, Karishma will be the only person to nominate names of contestants for eviction, instead of all contestants nominating two housemates they disliked the most, as they did in the earlier weeks.
Sana Khan, Delnaaz Paul, Rajev Paul and Vishal Karwal are most likely to figure in the hit list as they do not figure on Karishma's friends' list. She might pick on hair stylist Sapna Bahvnani as her fifth candidate, although she does not figure on Karishma's friend or foe list, but the duo always maintained cordial relations.
Meanwhile, Karishma's close friends Urvashi Dholakia, Mink Brar and Niketan will hopefully stay outside the line of fire and it might be reason enough for them to rejoice and celebrate. Audience can only wait and watch as Karishma weighs the pros and cons of nominating foes and how her decision is likely to affect her position in the house.
Karishma will feel pressurised as she has to nominate more than 50 per cent of the house members for eviction. She doesn't have a choice but nominate 5 out of 9 remaining members. Watch this space to learn whom she chooses to let go of and whom she retains.
