So, even as Dimpy, (yeah that’s what Abhay is called at home!) pours his heart out on the chat show, he reveals that he experimented with drugs when he was younger. He moved out of home when he was just 18 and went to study abroad. “I was rebellious and so I abused my body!” he says on the show. Putting an end to all speculation, the actor also declared his relationship status on TV, saying, “I am in a relationship at the moment with Preeti Desai, Miss. Britain.” However, he added, “I am very quiet about my affairs, that’s why they are never blown out of proportion.”  Now that is something we’d surely agree to! Talking about marriage, the actor, who is presently living in with girlfriend and Shor In The City actor, Preeti Desai, says “I think marriage is a cultural thing — it’s my opinion that nature doesn’t tell someone to get married. I may or may not get married but I will settle down in a live-in.”
