This year, Bollywood has had some of the leading actresses like Sridevi and Rani Mukerji making a comeback after a hiatus. While some fared well at the BO and some didn’t, there is one hell of an actress who is resorting to desperate steps to salvage her drowning or rather non-existent acting career.

As per the gossip mills, that wannabe leading starlet is Ameesha Patel who’d vanished from the scene after doing a few films like ‘Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai’, ‘Aap Mujhe Acche Lagne Lage’, ‘Gadar’ to name a few. Anyway, Ameesha has always been in the news, and mostly for the wrong reasons.

And this time too, it is no different. Apparently, she has signed an endorsement with a certain ‘exclusive’ eyewear brand and the posters of her flaunting the sunglasses have been put up throughout the city of Mumbai.

Perhaps in a bid to attract more attention, Ameesha has squeezed herself into skimpy clothing to pose for the print ads of the said brand; thereby making it unclear whether the advert is for the glares or the swimwear.

Also, it has been heard that it is her latest ‘admirer’ – a Pune based married builder, who is helping the actress get free publicity by buying up the billboards with her ads across Mumbai. Good for her and her emptying bank accounts, isn’t it?
