The actor continues to shoot for the movie in the interiors of Mussoorie and has been regularly writing about it on his microblogging page too. Neil had reportedly left the film because of differences with the director, Prerna Wadhwa, who also makes her debut with this venture.

A friend of Neil maintains, "Considering the locations they are shooting at, there were some production issues. Consequently, there were certain creative differences between Neil and Prerna, but that's part of any teamwork." The friend adds that the actor and the director resolved their differences within a few hours and resumed shooting in the hill station.
