It would have been like déjà vu for Kareena Kapoor while tying nuptial knot with Saif as she had attended Saif’s first marriage with Amrita Singh when she was just 10-year-old in 1991. Bollywood’s darling diva Kareena would have never thought that time that she would ever marry Saif Ali Khan.

But see the irony of time as history repeats itself now.  Ten year younger Kareena is now the second Begum of Saif Ali Khan. According to the sources, when sweet little Kareena attended Saif’s first wedding and wished him 22 years back, he caressed Kareena and said, ‘THANK YOU BETA.’

While all tinsel town stars attended Saifeena’s big fat wedding, Saif’s first wife Amrita Singh also marked her presence in Sangeet ceremony. Another surprise element of the evening was the presence of a very pretty girl, who happened to be none other than Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's first born child - Sara Khan.

The sweet girl was wearing a pistachio-coloured lehenga and the buzz is that she was accompanied by her mother Amrita Singh and aunt Soha Ali Khan. So, this wedding seems to have become one big family affair for both the Kapoors and the Khans.

Saif Ali Khan married actress Amrita Singh in October 1991 who is 12 year elder to him and now he gets married with Kareena who is 10 year younger to him.  So, on this note we can say that time changes everything.
