Bollywood diva Sridevi, who makes her big screen comeback after 15 years, says she's yet to get used to the aggressive marketing strategies. "Promotions are different experience altogether. It used to be just few magazines earlier in which we used to talk about the film. But today it's quite scary, but I am really getting used to it and I have started enjoying it," Sridevi told reporters here Monday.
Looking elegant in a white top and red trousers, she was here to promote her forthcoming film English Vinglish along with director Gauri Shinde. The film releaseson Friday. Sridevi is surprised to see how the industry has changed over a decade. "I was quite surprised with the improved technology, expert technicians and so many new things have come up," she said and thanked director Gauri for making her comfortable. "The whole atmosphere was very positive and I really enjoyed it," she added.
What is amazing for the 49-year-old actress is the way filmmakers are experimenting with bold subjects. "It feels really nice to see how so many new subjects and bold subjects are being picked up as people are willing to see something different. I am extremely happy to know that filmmakers are also ready to take chances," she said.
