Katrina Kaif recently bought a new duplex house in Lokhandwala, Mumbai as her old house had leaking roofs and damp walls. The diva's new house is at 12th floor and Salman Khan was the first person to visit Katrina's new house. After Salman, Ranbir Kapoor was the one to visit Katrina's house post midnight.

A source told a leading daily, "Fed up of the leaking roofs and damp walls, Katrina Kaif has apparently been hunting for a new house for quite a while now. The Ek Tha Tiger actress, who finally bought a duplex in Lokhandwala, Mumbai, has been all hush-hush about it"

Salman Khan paid the first visit to Kat's house. Soon after Salman Khan left Ranbir Kapoor visited Katrina's new place. Ranbir was at Katrina's house for 1 hour 45 minutes. The source further added, "As expected, Ranbir reached Guldev Sagar around 11pm at night. He left at 12.45am. Trying hard to dodge the paparazzi, he quickly sat in his car and left."
