So we’ve heard enough about ‘Heroine’. But that doesn’t stop Kareena Kapoor from moving on to even bigger stuff! What we need to look at next is Prakash Jha’s serious film ‘Satyagraha’. Bebo seems to be the only heroine in an impressive line-up of male actors. Amitabh Bachchan plays a man of strong principles, Ajay Devgn an entrepreneur, Arjun Rampal a social activist and Manoj Bajpai, a politician.

But hang on – there’s still enough room for Bebo! For the first time in her career, she’ll play a journalist along the lines of Christian Amanpour of CNN. Apparently, Jha is pretty pleased at having her in the film and promises lots of footage. The film will go on the floors by January 2013. So post her marriage, there’s still a substantial screen Kareena to look forward to!

Marriage reminds us: apparently invitations to the Saifeena wedding have already been dispatched to the select few. Thankfully, the wedding date is no longer a secret – it’s October 11 in Mumbai with a lavish reception in Delhi on October 12. Bebo has just about a month to get her act together for her big day. But guess what? She still has lots of ‘Heroine’ promos lined up in the third week of September!
