The adrenaline-pumping action of the upcoming ‘Dhoom 3’ went a little overboard recently. The fast-paced super action stuff of the franchise is such that even trained professionals are finding it hard to maintain their control on the sets of ‘Dhoom 3’.
Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan got the shock of his life when an accident occurred on the sets of ‘Dhoom 3’ in Chicago. During a chase scene for the film, two stuntmen were critically injured when a car crashed into the pavement. Aamir, however, was unscratched.
But the moment the accident happened; the crew sprung into action and helped the injured men out of the broken car. The stuntmen are known to be doing fine now, the official spokesperson of Yash Raj Films said.
A source from the sets said, "Aamir Khan was a part of the chase sequence. When the accident happened, he was so shocked that he couldn`t react for a little while. Uday Chopra, who is always there on the sets, rushed to help the men out of the broken car."
Uday, along with the action team and the cops, got the situation under control. "The car was speeding and the driver must have lost control. It rammed into the pavement. Because of the momentum, the glass shattered and the people inside got injured badly," the source added.
