Yamla Pagla Deewana 2, the sequel to the hit film starring Dharmendra and sons Sunny and Bobby Deol, will now introduce Bollywood to generation three - Sunny's elder son Karan. Karan Deol, nicknamed Rocky, gave the first clap for the film which is being shot in United Kingdom Studio. He is also assisting director Sangeeth Sivan and is responsible for writing continuity shots.

Karan's younger brother Rajvir is also interested in a Bollywood career. They will be continuing the legacy of a family of actors - grandfather Dharmendra, step-grandmother Hema Malini, father Sunny, uncle Bobby and aunt Esha. The Deols look set to be a filmy dynasty in the tradition of the Kapoors, the fourth generation of which is represented by Karisma, Kareena and Ranbir. Yamla Pagle Deewana 2also stars Neha Sharma, newcomer Kristina Akheeva and comedian Johnny Lever.
