When it comes to action, romance or comedy, Bollywood is enthusiasm personified. Mention horror, however, and there's hardly much to talk about. Except for a handful of black and white classics, a decade of grotesque Ramsay creations and some engaging efforts by Ram Gopal Varma, the scary movie genre is unbelievably ignored in Hindi films.

13B: Fear Has a New Address The R Madhavan-Neetu Chandra starrer is one of those rare films that succeeds in terrifying as well as making a powerful comment on society's obsession with the idiot box. It would be wicked fun to see what ominous 13B holds for its new set of inhabitants.
