Sunny Deol in bheem character: Of the many A-list actors in Bollywood, who can you visualise as the best Bheem, the angry gadadhari Pandav brother in the Mahabharata? Sunny Deol, of course! It is his personality and his voice that fit the bill. Taking all this into consideration, the actor has been roped in to dub for the character of Bheem in an animated version of the epic titled Mahabharat.
Sources close to the actor revealed that the actor agreed to work on the film, presented by Jayantilal Gada of Pen India, after the release of Yamla Pagla Deewana. And now that he is done with the first schedule of Mohalla Assi he allocated some dates to Mahabharat.
Jayantilal Gada confirmed Sunny is on board, "We are making a film called Mahabharat and Sunny Deol is indeed dubbing for it. It is a big venture. We showed the film to Sunny and he liked the product.
We could not think of anyone apart from Sunny to dub for the character of Bheem. He readily agreed to be a part of it," says Gada. Directed by Aman Khan the film is scheduled to release on Diwali clashing with Shah Rukh Khan's RA. One.
