July 12, 2011, (Sawf News) - Sonam Kapoor looked a vision in a Grey Emanuel Ungaro one shoulder draped gown at the launch of the first look trailer of Mausam at PVR Cinemas in Juhu, Mumbai on Monday, July 11. Sonam, 26, was accompanied to the event by headlining co-star Shahid Kapoor, Shahid's father and the film's director Pankaj Kapoor and his wife, and co-star Supriya Pathak.

The 2 minute long trailer was released in the presence of media and some Shahid and Sonam fans who won fress passes over a Twitter campaign. Sonam wore a floor sweeping asymmetrical gown with gathered shoulder detail. Her hair was styled in a tousled off center updo with braided top on the left side of the forehead and a neck grazing tendril on the right. A sparkling seashell hairband perfectly complimented the dramatic styling.

Her eyes were smoked out with Grey eye shadow. She wore pink lipstick and hint of pink blush. Sonam appeared festive at the event, perhaps buoyed by the jaw dropping effect of her outstanding style statement; she frequently broke into splitting laughter as she and Shahid addressed the media and answered their questions. Sonam shared her excitement with her Twitter fans: "Haven't slept a wink.. Excited about people watching the first look of my new film #mausum," she tweeted July 11 morning.

"We all worked hard. Put in efforts and love for this film. It has been wonderful experience to work in this film. I am happy to be part of this film," Sonam said during the event. Shahid, 30, and Sonam showed endearing chemistry during the event, frequently sharing jokes. The film is due in theaters on September 16.
