After the Badshah of Bollywood Shahrukh Khan went the 3D way in Ra. One, it is now the turn of Superstar Rajinikanth. The fans of Rajinikanth can rejoice they have a surprise in store for them even before the release of his magnum opus Kochadaiyaan.
Superstar’s 2007 blockbuster Sivaji, directed by Shankar, will be re-released in September and this time, in the 3D version. The production house AVM has tied up with Prasad EFX, one of the pioneers in 3D conversion, and sources say that the work is almost complete.
Fans will be in for a treat with their stylish coin-flipping Boss (also Mottai Boss) mouthing punch dialogues including Chumma Adhirudilla, as well as doing his signature dance moves and all this in 3D. A close source to Rajini informs DC that the star watched part of Sivaji in 3D at the Prasad premises, and was literally thrilled seeing his transformation in the new hi-tech format.
