Akshay Kumar has finally come around in last one year after a spate of flops and what a comeback it is! His last two films Housefull 2 and Rowdy Rathore are firmly placed in the Bollywood’s coveted 100 Crore club. Naturally, people are expecting a hat-trick at the Box Office from him. But Akshay is unfazed about it.

Akshay said that he has no pressure on him at all. That’s because those days are passé when he used to do any movie just to increase his bank balance. Things were little desperate then but today he is completely at peace with his earnings and thus has no stress at all.

When informed that nearly 30% of industry’s money is riding on him, Akshay quipped that it makes him look like a horse. He added that knowing such a thing makes him feel humbled to see the industry believing in him. He feels more accountable now.
 
Akshay mostly struck gold at the theatres with his comic flair in recent times. Does that mean this actor will never step out of his comfort zone? Akshay replies that he knows what is wanted from him, what people want to see in him. But yes he wishes to step out of his mould and do something more substantial and testing.

Even if that doesn’t work out, one still likes to see the actor within alive and kicking. Hence, he won’t cease to be someone who loves risk. He will do comic capers and action movies but he will also do movies like “Special Chabbis”, “Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai 2” and “Oh My God!”.
