Ajay Devgn clears on BOL BACHCHAN distribution rights issue

As per the allegation, the distributor had entered into an agreement for the exclusive rights of the film with an initial deposit of Rs 1.10 crore, while the producers went on to sign the deal with another company and cheated on the distributor.

However, when we clarified with the actor and producer Ajay Devgn he was taken aback with his name being embroiled in the controversy and said that they have not cheated anyone. Ajay says, "It's ridiculous actually. Even the publication which carried the news did not even bother to clarify or take the statements from either parties. The matter is in the court."

"He (the distributor) is saying something and we are saying something. The matter is in the court and with the association. So, whoever is right it would be done. He has one point to say and we have one point to say," adds Ajay.

Ask him about the settlement and he says, "I don't want to talk about it right now as the matter is in court. Whatever court decides will be done. In fact we have been requesting him to come to the association and settle it but he is not coming."
When asked about the claims made by the distributor, Ajay replied, "He can claim whatever he wants. If the matter is in court then why doesn't he say that it's a court matter."

"There are two point in it. First of all I am not involved in it. Since my name came into picture so I tried figure out the case. It's between him and Ashtavinayak, there are different issues, both have filed case in the court. Nobody is cheating anyone," he further adds. Directed by Rohit Shetty BOL BACHCHAN stars Abhishek Bachchan, Asin, Prachi Desai and it is all set to hit the screens on 6th July 2012.
