After an evening spent rehearsing and giving IIFA Rocks a miss, rumour has it that one time "good friends" Priyanka Chopra and Shahid Kapoor chose a night out in Singapore over making an appearance on the green carpet. The two stars, however, made it for the promotion of their latest film Teri Meri Kahaani before the big night.

Pretty in a short tight cream and black dress, Priyanka was the picture of poise and diplomacy whilst Shahid certainly looked like he needed a good shot of caffeine no wonder his travelling mug made the cut as his arm candy. When asked about the scariest moment at an awards night, pat came Priyanka's reply: "Watching Shahid and Prabhu Deva match steps."

Whilst Shahid returned the compliment, saying that he fears Priyanka's action stunts on stage and wonders what would she do next. And, oh yes, the teleprompter going on the blink. And when asked about the absence of the Khans and Bachchans, Shahid was diplomatic, saying they were being missed but the show must go on whilst Priyanka chose her answer carefully saying IIFA is a family gathering and it doesn't matter who makes it and who doesn't. The two stars will be performing tonight, Shahid to Prabhu Deva's tunes whilst Priyanka will pay tribute to Rekha.
