Watch: Vidya Balan in Ferrari Ki SawaariAfter raising eyebrows with her sultry moves in Ooh La La (The Dirty Picture), Vidya Balan is back to woo you with her Lavani outing in Ferrari Ki Sawaari. Dressed in a typical Marathi avatar, Vidya sizzles in track Mala Jau De. Clad in a red Maharashtrain-style sari, she has accessorised her look with big red bindi, mang-tika, nose ring and heavy gold jewellery. Her long locks are tied back in a bun outlined with a gajra.

Although she's wearing a deep back blouse, the Kahaani actor hasn't exposed much in this song (unlike you know in what). Urmila Dhangar has given her voice to the peppy number and music is by Pritam. The song also features Sharman Joshi, sitting on the driver's seat of his ferrari. This is Joshi's debut as a lead actor. It's directed by Rajesh Mapuskar and is written and produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra. Rajukumar Hirani has written the dialogues. Ferrari Ki Saawari revolves around an eight year old's dreams of playing at Lord's some day.

Other stars who have shook a leg to the Maharashtrian folk dance:

Helen: The dancing diva was possibly the first to make the dance form popular with her hit number, Mungda in Inkaar (1978).
Madhuri Dixit: Performed Humko Aajkal Hai in Sailaab (1990) and Me Kolahpur Se Aayi Hoon in Anjaam (1994).
Shweta Bhardwaj: She danced with Naseeruddin Shah and others in Chaalis Chauraasi.
Rani Mukerji: In Anurag Kashyap's Aiyya, she is likely to perform a traditional Lavani dance.
