Over the past couple of years, actor Emraan Hashmi and kissing have almost been synonymous with each other. Emraan, who has the ‘serial kisser’ tag attached to his name ever since he stepped into B-town, has also lived up to his image of kissing all his co-stars on screen.

But recently, Emraan was overheard saying that he was fed up of the tag and wanted to get rid of it. Emraan, who is currently awaiting the release of Jannat 2, recently had to face a bit of a problem when one of his kissing scenes with co-star Esha Gupta had to be shot over and over again.

A source from the sets of the film revealed, “The crew had to shoot an intimate scene.The shot required the couple to kiss on the street and this got a little out of hand. The particular scene in question had to be shot outdoors because it was essential to take the story forward. Though Emraan and Esha were initially a little taken aback with the idea, they decided to go ahead. Emraan, who one would imagine is used to the kissing scenes was also taken aback when the crowd started increasing.

The onlookers got very excited to see a kissing scene between the pair and started hooting and whistling. While it was very distracting, the duo decided to go ahead with the scene to not disrupt the schedule. While the crew managed to can the shot, it took them seven takes to okay it.”

Even after the shot was canned, the crowds refused to disperse, so the crew had to be very strict with the people who were asked to leave. Though both the actors laughed off the incident, they did admit that it went slightly overboard as they had to kiss seven times.
