Yesteryear actor Rajesh Khanna has been admitted to Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital after prolonged illness. The actor reportedly felt uneasy and weak on Monday night. His family then decided hospitalise him for proper treatment.

"Khanna was admitted to VIP room, where Dimple Kapadia has been by his side, overseeing the complicated treatment. However, it is learnt that Dimple is not too happy with the hospital's facilities," reported Mumbai Mirror."On Tuesday evening, she created enough noise - and perhaps justifiably so- to draw the hospital management's attention to the lacunae in the services," added the tabloid.

Khanna married Dimple Kapadia in 1973 and has two daughters from the marriage. The two separated in 1984 and thereafter lived separately, but did not complete the divorce proceedings.Their elder daughter Twinkle Khanna, actor-turned-interior decorator, is married to Akshay Kumar and younger daughter Rinki Khanna, also a former actor, is married to London-based investment banker Samir Saran.
