Actor Preity Zinta, who's back with a bang after lying low for a while, is over her past, concentrating on her home production Ishkq in Paris, her IPL franchise and raring to go. But, this ball of energy is somewhat regretful of certain decisions taken in the past.

Speaking to a daily about her relationship with Ness and their present chemistry, the actress said, "When you date someone for that long how can you not be friends? But we are not best friends. We don't talk to each other everyday because that's weird! I'm sure if something ever went wrong he would stand by me and vice versa but there's nothing more than that."

Preity rules out getting back with Ness and suggests, "That's not happening." The actress, who's been linked with a variety of people from B-Town and the cricketing world is vary of even talking to people now, as she thinks that she'll be linked with them by the media.

Interestingly, this ball of energy is of the opinion that mixing her personal life with work was not the best thing to do. "I have always kept my professional and personal life separate as that's my policy. The only time I got mixed up both professionally and personally was with Ness. I don't think I would ever do that in the future. It becomes too complicated," concluded Preity.
