Dabangg` hottie Sonakshi Sinha, who was in awe of `Band Baaja Baraat` sensation Ranveer Singh since the release of his debut, realised one of her most desired dreams during the recently concluded IIFA festival in Toronto. The beauty won hearts with her stage performance with Anushka’s alleged beau Ranveer. Buzz has it that the organisers of the event were least impressed with Anushka’s performance the previous day and did not want her to share the stage with Ranveer on the following day. They chose junior Shotgun to team up with the BBB star to set the stage on fire. And as they had foreseen, the Sona-Ranveer jodi rocked!

Talking to a tabloid, a source said, “At the last moment Anushka was replaced by Sonakshi to dance with Ranveer. The organisers said that Anushka was not well prepared, and thus they couldn’t take any chances.” The Punjabi kudi could do little to hide her sunken face. Though she has never publicly acknowledged her feelings for Ranveer, there seems to be some special feeling in her heart for the Sindhi munda for sure. Which is why, her face brightened up when Ranveer thanked her for making him “hot” while receiving a special jodi award (shared by Ranveer and Anushka).
