Even as the IPL season hots up, Bollywood actors are still gungho about their own work. Even as some of their mates pitch for their teams, Priyanka Chopra is promoting her cousin sister’s new film Ishaqzaade. Parineeti Chopra is making her second move in Bollywood after receiving acclaim for her debut in the movie ‘Ladies V/S Ricky Bahl’.

Priyanka expressed her views on the popular social networking site ‘ Twitter’. It seems that Parineeti was the first one to tweet about Priyanka’s upcoming film with former boyfriend Shahid Kapoor in the lead, titled ‘Teri Meri Kahaani’. Parineeti tweeted, “ Teri Meri Kahaani looks super fun! Go mimi didi” and in response Priyanka commented, “ Thank you Tishu!!! So does Ishaqzaade! Yay! May 11th coming up! Watch out world…for my sister(sic)!!”

The film is creating a lot of sounds even before its release with the gun-toting co-stars Parineeti and Arjun Kapoor, who is incidentally Boney Kapoor’s son. Both the characters live in a rural setting and vie for power and supremacy crossing each other’s paths, time and again. Priyanka, on the other hand, has been occupied with her own release which is described as a ‘timeless love story’, directed by romance specialist Kunal Kohli. The film is expected to release in the month of June and while the sisters would not be fighting with each other this time around at theatres with a good month separating the releases, only future will tell whether Parineeti betters up the records set by Priyanka at the box office and in the hearts of admirers.
