Actress Karisma Kapur dismissed reports doing rounds that her pose on the first poster of Dangerous Ishq is inspired by Hollywood hottie Angelina Jolie's much-talked about look at the Oscars this year. Karisma's sensuous pose in which she has put her right foot forward is being widely compared with that of Angelina's who dressed in a black velvet versace thigh-high gown with right foot forward became a talk of the town among fashionistas.

When asked about the similarities between the two poses, Karisma said, "We shot this before the Oscars so it is not at all inspired from there. And in this poster I am alking and not posing like Angelina Jolie". Director Vikram Bhatt, who is casting Karisma in 3-D outing supernatural thriller Dangerous Ishq which is slated for release on May 11, too tried to scotch the comparison.

"It is quite strange that the minute we have a slit in the gown we say its Angelina Jolie, nobody says Helen or the other actresses so I think it is short sighted," Bhatt said. 'Dangerous Ishq' revolves around the quest of supermodel Sanjana (Karisma Kapoor) to save her husband Rohan (Rajneish Duggal) who suddenly vanishes under mysterious circumstances.
