Bollywood actress Genelia D’Souza has been accused of duping people in Hyderabad of their land. An FIR was lodged against her after a local court in Hyderabad directed the police to register a complaint. Apparently, Genelia was the brand ambassador of a real estate firm in Hyderabad which reportedly deceived people after seizeing their land.

Genelia and five others have been held responsible for the scam of over 250 crore. However, when contacted by reporters, Genelia’s spokesperson denied the actress’s involvement in the scam and said that she had just endorsed the brand.
