The Mumbai sessions court is likely to pronounce its order in a rash and negligent driving case against Bollywood actor John Abraham. In October 2010, the Bandra Metropolitan Magistrate Court had sentenced Abraham to a jail term of 15 days for rash and negligent driving.

The actor had filed a plea against the conviction the same month and the sessions court will decide today if the lower court's sentence stands. The actor was found guilty of rash driving after he injured two pedestrians while riding his motorbike in Mumbai's Khar Danda area in 2006.
