Though both Iqbal Sharma and Saif Ali Khan have filed police complaints accusing each other of physical assault, Saif is now learnt to be thinking of an out-of-court settlement with Sharma.

A source says, “Saif is really perturbed by all that has transpired over the last week or so. He wants to get rid of the negative publicity and get busy promoting his film (Agent Vinod) before its release on March 23. That is why he wants to settle this issue of brawl with Sharma once and for all, and move on.”

Since the brawl, the 41-year-old actor has seen support from the colleagues like Salman Khan, who is a friend, and Kunal Khemu, who is dating Saif’s sister Soha Ali Khan. Saif Ali Khan has hinted at an out-of-court settlement, but it remains to be seen if Iqbal Sharma, who has gone back to South Africa to take care of his business commitments, agrees to such a settlement.
