Bollywood actress Vidya Balan is touted as the most reliable actor of the film industry. Considering her body of work and her sensibilities, it is quite expected the feisty lady may take the baton of direction in hand sometime in the future.

However, when asked to Vidya about her direction plans, the no-nonsense actor candidly affirmed that she will never turn a director as it's not her cup of tea. Vidya says, "I can't take the huge responsibility of managing the actors, which is a director's job. For me director's job is a big headache. So, in that case I will never ever turn a director."

Where many actresses are easily treading the path of director or producer, Vidya is happy with her stint in front of camera and doesn't wish to don the hat of a producer and director. "I am enjoying and quite satisfied with my stint in front of the camera. I have no wish to explore the production or direction area," says Vidya.
