Sanjay Dutt’s ‘fight’ for charity Less than two weeks before actor Sanjay Dutt and entrepreneur Raj Kundra’s venture Super Fight League (SFL) kicks off, Dutt has decided to autograph and auction the winning fighters’ gloves at the inaugural fight. The fight will be held in Mumbai on March 11. Sources say that Dutt is keen to do something for the underprivileged through the league. The proceeds will help Kundra’s wife, actor Shilpa Shetty’s charitable foundation, Shilpa Shetty Foundation.

Shilpa’s foundation is committed to the empowerment of children. “Sanju and Raj both thought that it would be good if they could do something for the needy. Sanjay suggested that they could auction the fighters’ gloves post the first fight.

He also said that he would personally sign the gloves and put them up for auction, proceeds of which will go to the foundation. Raj Kundra is also seeing if it would be possible for Shilpa to attend the event despite pregnancy,” said the source. SFL, which is a mixed martial arts league, will involve international and Indian fighters, and the fights will be held in Delhi and Chandigarh, after the event in Mumbai concludes. American pop-star Jennifer Lopez and the band LMFAO are expected to perform at the opening ceremony of the event.
