Even though she has been a part of Bollywood for only four years, actor Kalki Koechlin has managed to carve a niche for herself. The 28-year-old who is married to filmmaker Anurag Kashyap says, that even though the couple have always spent Valentine’s Day apart, it doesn’t bother their daily romance.Talking about Valentine’s Day, Kalki says, “Me and Anurag have been together for three years and all of those years, on Valentine’s Day, we have been away from each other. Even this time, Anurag is in Berlin for work.”
Kalki, who is known for starring in films like Shaitan and Zoya Akhtar’s Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, was in the Capital to celebrate the third anniversary of DLF Promenade, Vasant Kunj. “There are 364 days of romance for us but somehow, not V-Day. The best part about our relationship is that marriage has not changed anything. Whatever time we spend together is quality time. At times, we behave like a teenage couple and can't keep our hands off each other. It’s great to be with someone who brings a feeling of tranquility,” Kalki adds.Talking about her upcoming projects, Kalki, who loves the food in the Capital especially golgappas, says, “There is Vishal Bhardwaj’s Daayan and Dibakar Banerjee’s Shanghai. I am also writing a new play.”
